Are Alcoholic beverages Allowed?
Yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed. We ask that you consume responsibly during your charter. Illegal drugs are not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of charter.
Sea Sickness?
If you get motion sickness please research over the counter medications to help and take according to directions.
Do I Need A Fishing License?
You do not need to have a fishing license. We provide all permits, gear, and licenses for you to fish.
How Much Do I Tip?
Tip the same as you would at a restaurant. If you enjoy your trip, 15-20% is customary.
Do I Need To Bring Lifejackets (PFD), & Who Needs To Wear Them?
We provide PFD (lifejackets) for each person on board. If you would like to bring your own PFD to be more comfortable you may. Law requires PFD must be of proper size, in good working condition, and imprinted with Coast Guard Approval.
Maine state law requires any child 13 and younger to wear a PFD at all times while on vessel.
Will The Trip Be Cancelled Due To Rain/Bad Weather?
Typically we will not cancel the trip due to rain. trip is cancelled at captains discretion.
Forecast will determine if trip is safe to take or if cancellation/reschedule is required.
Can I Bring My Own Fishing Gear/Equipment?
F/V Code Blue is setup with all the fishing gear you will need for your trip.
Any additional gear must be approved by captain before charter.
